Situated in the middle of the rainforest near the banks of the Rio Bellavista, the tree house can accommodate up to four guests—perfect for newlyweds on their honeymoon or small groups of family and friends.

Guests can sleep comfortably on two plush and canopied queen-size beds, one in the master bedroom and one on the upstairs loft. There is one bathroom with a toilet, a sink, and a shower with hot water. Linens and towels are provided. Downstairs, guests will find a living space with a sofa, a dining table, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, a stove, a sink, dishes, and cooking utensils. Other amenities include solar lanterns, electricity, running water, and a fire extinguisher, to ensure a comfortable stay.

Outside, the tree house comes with two private and furnished balconies, where guests can relax after a long day of outdoor adventure and enjoy the lovely views of the rainforest canopy. They can look for toucans or monkeys in the trees or descend to the nature trails to explore the waterfalls by the Rio Bellavista. They can also hike up to the communal base camp for yoga, or happy hour, as well as to sign up for on-site activities, like zip-lining, bike rides, and guided hikes through the rainforest at night. At the basecamp, guests will have internet access. Daily yoga classes are included in the stay.

The property has a community base camp with a parking area, a dining hall, and a rancho, a reception center, a lounge with hammocks, a fire pit, and a Wi-Fi zone. Activities like yoga classes and happy hour take place at the base camp, which serves as the starting point for electronic biking, zip-lining, and guided night hikes.

Filtered water stations are available throughout the property and in all the rentals.

Guests will have access to a spa and wellness cabin overlooking one of the rivers, as well as a garden where much of the food served in the dining hall is grown. The community has hiking trails connecting the tree houses to onsite facilities and winding throughout much of the rainforest. High up in the canopy, there are zip-lines and platforms.

In the community rancho, guests can participate in yoga classes, enjoy drinks at happy hour, or socialize with other guests, volunteers, and staff. They can relax with a massage or other treatments at the riverside spa cabin, rest in hammocks, or tour the onsite gardens.

Two whitewater rivers run through the community. Guests can swim in the natural pools and jump off the waterfalls. During the dry season, they can snorkel to see frogs and schools of colorful fish, or they can search for fossils and shells after a storm.

More opportunities for outdoor adventure and cultural excursions await outside the community. They can zip-line over river gorges and canopies of the cloud forest, or take boat tours through dense mangroves to watch for more exotic birds or wildlife like crocodiles.
