This luxury rental is perfect for a glamping getaway near Gospic in Croatia. This casita is named after one of the property's young mares and consists of a master bedroom and full bathroom. In building the casita, the host took great care and consideration for the people with special physical needs. Therefore, both exterior and interior are designed on a single level which enables unobstructed movement for persons that have problems with staircases.
All glamping accommodations on this property feature beds dressed with soft linens, private baths (tipi bathrooms are detached), porches and mountain views. The accommodations come equipped with a studio, saloon, secret garden and pool, there's plenty of indoor and outdoor space for guests to spread out comfortably.
This glamping property creates a memorable dining experience based on the values of healthy living, commitment to the environment, community and sustainability. The host focuses on the goodness of the soil to produce fresh, nutrient rich, tasty food that nourishes from within. The cooks use fresh ingredients which they pick from surroundings or source them locally. Guests can enjoy fresh bread baked daily from local grains.
The former horse barn turned into a dining area for breakfast as well as the dance floor for country dance nights. With its western decor and antiques, it is sure to make glampers feel as though they are on a western movie set.
The booking fee includes a scrumptuous breakfast in the Saloon. Unlimited assorted beverages and snacks are available in the Saloon throughout the day.
Guests can also enjoy access to the hot tub, private movie theatre, book, DVD and CD library, board games, archery range, trampoline, cricket, badminton and volleyball fields, mountain bikes, cross-country skis, children’s sleds, riding helmets, cowboy hats, rain coats, wellington boots, hiking poles, peace pipe ceremony, campfire nights, and live entertainment.

There is a surcharge of 30% for stays under two nights and a discount of 10% for more than seven-day stays.
Children three years and younger stay completely free at the ranch. Children aged four and older are charged the adult rate.
Pets are welcome at this property. To preserve peace and tranquility of the retreat, pets should be under adult supervision at all the times. Dogs up to 15 kg and accustomed to living indoors are welcome in selected rooms.
Pets cannot participate in some of the activities. Most notably, for safety reasons, dogs cannot be taken on horseback rides.
A 35% deposit of the base cost is required to confirm a reservation. The reservation is confirmed upon receiving the deposit. If a reservation is made within 60 days of the stay, a 75% deposit is required. For final payment, while present at the ranch, the hosts prefer cash but do accept Visa or Master Card.
If guests want to move their reservation to a later date, inside one calendar year from the original arrival date, and do so more than 30 days from their original arrival date, 100 € fee per person will apply. The remaining amount will be held on the account as a deposit. The annual rate increases apply.
If unable to rebook, want to cancel, or want to change arrival date and do so 30 days or less from the original arrival date, the total deposit is forfeited. The reservation can not be prorated for an early departure. Upon receipt of the deposit, the cancellation policy will be in effect. A short operating season and a small number of accommodation units prevent the property from making exceptions to this policy.

Nikola Tesla's birthplace and museum is an easy bike ride from the ranch while Plitvice Lakes, Zadar, the Adriatic Coast and Zagreb are within an hour or two drive from the ranch creating a perfect opportunity for day trips to explore Croatia while based at the ranch during the whole vacation period.
