This 3-bedroom rancher sits on Alder Point, offering panoramic views of both the Coastal and Vancouver Island mountains. With an open-concept family, dining, and kitchen area, you’ll have plenty of space to gather, all while enjoying breathtaking scenery through sliding doors leading to a patio just 10 feet from the walk-on pebble beach.

• Freshwater cold plunge in Woods Creek, which runs through the half-acre property
• Private parking with space and an electrical plug-in for an RV
• Wildlife haven—frequent visits from eagles, herons, seals, sea lions, porpoises, and sometimes whales! During spawning season, otters and salmon can be seen in the creek. (Note: Being near water, you may also spot non-aggressive garter snakes.)

Storm Watching & Beach Adventures

On rainy days, watch the storm roll in from the comfort of the couch or from the hot tub. Stories Beach is just a 5-minute walk along the shoreline. When the tide is out, the expansive sand beach is perfect for lounging or playing, while higher waves make it a favorite spot for paddleboarding and surfing.

• Beach options – While Stories Beach is right outside your door, the area’s largest beach, Saratoga Beach, is just a 10-minute drive south.

Rental Agreement & Check-In Form

You’ll receive a short-term rental agreement and check-in form to sign electronically after booking. The check-in form is used for ID verification to prevent fraudulent bookings. Both are quick and secure to complete.

Please sign at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid cancellation. If you’d like to review the agreement before booking, just ask.

Exterior Cameras

For your safety, exterior cameras monitor the entrance and backyard. These are motion-activated and strictly for outdoor use.
