We enforce strict quiet hours and have a no-party policy to ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful stay.

To help us maintain this standard, our property is equipped with noise detection technology called NoiseAware. This device monitors sound levels and alerts us if noise exceeds a certain threshold, particularly during designated quiet hours. Please note that this device does not record audio; it simply measures decibel levels to prevent disturbances. If you anticipate being loud during quiet hours, we strongly advise choosing a different location for your stay to avoid potential cancellation of your booking.

Rental Agreement & Check-In Form

You’ll receive a short-term rental agreement and check-in form to sign electronically after booking. The check-in form is used for ID verification to prevent fraudulent bookings. Both are quick and secure to complete.

Please sign at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid cancellation. If you’d like to review the agreement before booking, just ask.

Exterior Cameras

For your safety, exterior cameras monitor the entrance and backyard. These are motion-activated and strictly for outdoor use.

Noise Monitoring

We use NoiseAware to monitor noise levels during quiet hours. It does not record audio, ensuring privacy while maintaining our no-party policy.
