This incredible place has undergone a huge transformation from an RV, gutted into a modern, zen like space with a cozy country feel. Outside your feel the serinity of your own private garden oasis with an outdoor kitchen area, hot tub area. Inside a live-edge old-growth cedar counter with Italian tile, modern connected features, fireplace, heat pump for warn night and cooling off in hot summers. Its completed with super high-speed Internet (gamers you can plug striaght into the router), 2 flat screen TVs. Private inside a 5-acre estate with grounds and a private forest. Everyone loves this space.
The renovated RV is a former 32-foot travel trailer transformed into something modern and awesome, connected with the forest. It's located behind a fence and remote access by only the 3 of us that live here, and your party while you are staying here. It's your own private oasis with a forest and a large pond out back.
The RV is located in a private spot on the property under a stand of trees, beside the horse farm next door. We've built another privacy fence to enclose the Zen like courtyard for your own private world inside our 5 acre compound.
It may look like it's next to a house in some of the pics, but the metal container-looking wall is the side of our tractor barn. The main house on the acreage is over 200 feet from the RV - so this place is totally private.
The interior was gutted, cabinets refurbished, and a custom live-edge cedar slab countertop transformed the kitchen area into something sleek. Inside, Italian tiling covers the walls and new flooring brightens the space. City water and modern plumbing fixtures, plus a heat pump installed to bring the space heat and air conditioning combined. The bathroom had its facelift with a slab counter and basin sink, new toilet and fixtures. It's never going to be towed again - too heavy. :) Tech-wise, there is super fast ethernet straight to the unit at around 600 download for Zoom calls. There is also super-fast wifi for exclusive mobility, 2 flat screen TVs, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+.
The space is really ideal for 2 people, however there are 2 bunk beds in a smaller space that could accommodate smaller children or other smaller-stature adults who don't mind a small bunk bed sleeping area. A lot of remote workers like this place. It's faster and quieter than home surrounded by nature.
We've focused on the outdoor area covered and private decks outside giving it the feel of an outdoor living, complete with a new BBQ, outdoor living room/seating area/kitchen. There is a private soft tub for comfy soaks.
