Cots are available upon request for any additional guests. The full bathroom offers a combined bath/shower, a sink, and a toilet. It is located directly off the living room in the downstairs area.

In the living room, guests will find two comfortable couches surrounding an indoor fireplace. Next to the living room is the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, a glass top stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
