This property is conveniently located just a few minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park & Dunes, North Beach and all of the popular destinations in Picton.
With plenty of space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, groups can comfortably get together and have room to spread out. And did we mention there is an indoor heated pool and games room?

The Cottage is a 3400sqft property with a large, open-concept kitchen and dining area, a secondary dining room, a large living room, secondary seating areas and a billiards room. Down the hall, you will find 3 bedrooms, two of which are across the hall from the main 3-piece bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has its own en suite 3-piece bathroom with a shower and tub.
The pool room can be accessed through a door off the living room or through a patio door to the backyard.
Outside, you will find a large front yard and backyard with outdoor seating areas, a BBQ and covered parking.
The entire property inside and out is yours to enjoy.
Parking is available in the driveway only, with covered parking under the partially enclosed garage.
The house is a self-check-in, so you can come and go as you please within the check-in and check-out time frames using the door code provided to you. We will not intrude on your getaway; however, should you find yourself in need of something, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Cottage is located in a rural area just outside of Picton. It's a gorgeous countryside with many places to explore nearby, and it's a quick drive to get to Picton, where you will find everything you may need (groceries, banks, shops, restaurants, and more!).
It's best to have a vehicle to explore the county, as the area is quite spread out and there are many scenic areas to explore on foot nearby.
Local taxis and tour companies can also be pre-arranged by contacting them in advance. We are happy to provide recommendations.
