There is a private outdoor passive solar hot water shower among the botanicals and under the sky or evening stars. Glampers have the option of using the brand new passive hot water shower located upstairs. The vacation rental is totally screened and with solar powered electric lighting. It is comfortable and spacious where guests can enjoy a nice breeze from the Gulfo Dulce during the day and cool mountain air at night.

There is half a mile of beachfront on this site, on the calm Golfo Dulce, as well as 30 acres of tropical gardens and 450 acres of rainforest to explore. There are no roads or telephone lines. Access is only by boat. All accommodations are screened and have direct beachfront access and stunning views. Developed sustainable, the electric is provided by solar charged batteries and mini-hydro electrical power. Hot water for showers is mainly from passive heating systems. Food provided is locally purchased with a large portion of the fruit and vegetables grown on site. Guests have unlimited use of kayaks, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment.
