There are numerous hiking trails which are just minutes away from the cabins. The area is known for fly fishing due to the variety of lakes in the vicinity. Guests can also horseback ride, hunt, raft, kayak or tube. Those with a boat, can jet/water-ski, or simply cruise along the crisp lakes in their pastime.

For those visiting in winter and willing to brave Montana's slopes, the Lost Trail Powder Mountain Ski Resort is only 45 minutes away and has skiing and snowboarding. Missoula is 50 minutes away and is home to a large collection of shops and galleries and restaurants. Guests can also take a long drive to Flathead Lake or Glacier National Park—or take a drive on the scenic mountain called "Road to the Sun."
