A rental contract and hot tub agreement must be signed upon arrival.

For guests who would like to bring their dog along, there is an additional pet fee. The property accepts one dog, which must be crated if it is left unattended in the cabin. The dog must remain on a leash while on the property, and pet bags are provided to clean up after the dog within 30 feet of any cabin or in the common areas.
