Lakewood Estates is a short drive away from many restaurants and unique shops. It is also near a local vineyard where guests can taste wines, and close to a golf course with gorgeous views of the lake. For families, Broken Bow and nearby Hochatown have museums, a petting zoo, and amusement park attractions like go-karts and mini-golf.
In the summer, avid water sports fans can go canoeing or whitewater rafting along the rapids at Mountain Fork River. They can also spend the day at Broken Bow Lake, only a few minutes away from the cabin, where they can go swimming, fishing, boating, paddle-boarding, and kayaking. Additionally, guests can take scuba-diving lessons at the lake.
Guests can spend the day at Beavers Bend State Park, where there are several scenic nature trails perfect for hiking, cycling, viewing wildlife, and riding ATVs or horses. Guests can also visit Hochatown State Park for more hiking, cycling, and golfing.
