Rustic Countryside Eco Retreat with Snail Farm Experience Near Uzemain, France
Tiny house in Uzemain, Grand Est
3 guests • 1 bedroom • 2 beds • 1 bathroom
In a quiet, pastoral corner of the Vosges, there is a snail farm that also welcomes geese and chickens. At the heart of this unique property, you’ll find a small retreat where you can unwind at the slow pace of a snail. Simply enjoy the small pleasures of lush nature or the gentle warmth of the local thermal waters. A place where calm, respect for nature, passion, and love for animals reign.
SPACE
You are secluded in nature, about fifteen minutes from Épinal, in a peaceful hamlet in the heart of the Vosges thermal region, just a few hundred meters from where your hosts, Carole & Luigi, live. Your home offers a stunning, calming view of the surrounding nature through its expansive windows!
Discover the craft of snail farming during your stay, as Carole & Luigi will be delighted to welcome you and share their passion, their farm (visits available from June to September), and their products, which you can, of course, taste: with Comté, Bleu, or persillade… A time capsule of flavor, learning, and escape! Note: the snails are raised in a dedicated enclosure, so they won’t visit your retreat. You may, however, encounter some chickens, who enjoy a free-range life!
You have all the amenities in 14 square meters, perfectly optimized:
Sleeping area: a queen-size bed (160x200 cm, 2 adults) and a convertible sofa (1 extra adult, additional sleeping option)
Kitchen area: refrigerator, electric stovetop, sink, utensils, dishes, and condiments

Bathroom: sink, shower, and eco-friendly toilet (composting toilet)
Soaps, towels, and bed linen provided

Outdoor furniture (except winter): wooden terrace, table, chairs, deckchairs
