Discover Our Refuge in the Heart of Vaucluse

In the lands of Vaucluse, one of France’s most beautiful departments with picturesque villages, stunning landscapes, and a rich terroir, come and discover our tiny home nestled in a typical Mediterranean forest! From the moment you wake up, you’ll be fully immersed in this wonderful, calm, and soothing natural world, composed of pines, oaks, rosemary, thyme, heather, laurels, jasmines, and other Southern plants.

SPACE
Hosted by Virginie and Christophe, your hosts, the tiny home offers all amenities within 14 square meters, perfectly optimized:
Sleeping area: queen-size bed 160x200 cm (2 adults) and a convertible bench (1 additional adult, extra bed)
Kitchen area: refrigerator, gas stove, sink, utensils, dishes, and condiments
Living/dining area: table and chairs
Bathroom: sink, walk-in shower, and eco-friendly toilet (dry toilet)
Soaps, towels, and bed linen provided
Heating via a gas stove
Ceiling fan for cooling (no air conditioning)
Outdoor space (except in winter): table, chairs, deck chairs, hammock, swing (no barbecue)
Drinking water via a 5-liter fountain (do not drink tap water; it comes from a tank used for showering and washing dishes)
Cleaning included
Free parking

IMPORTANT INFO: Smoking is strictly forbidden around the area and in the forest. Non-compliance will result in immediate termination of your stay.

Optional, available with reservation at least 48 hours before your stay (and subject to availability afterward):
Breakfast (€7–€15 per person depending on the formula)
Appetizer platters (from €12)
Cooked meals (at least 24h in advance): lasagna, quiche, etc. (€15 per dish)
Selection of local wines and beers
On-site, you can also book:
A farm product tasting (€11 per person)
A “beehive discovery” workshop (more info on request)

Additional Info
The tiny home is located in nature and fully self-sufficient: electricity comes from solar panels, kitchen and heating work on gas, and water is stored in a tank. You have all usual comforts, but the idea of alternative living is also to raise awareness of environmental impact!

Some rules apply during your stay:
Except for phones and laptops, do not plug in any other electrical appliances to avoid damaging the solar system. Hair dryers, straighteners, or raclette machines are not allowed.
Due to high fire risk, smoking and any open flames (barbecue) are strictly prohibited.
Wastewater is filtered by plants: only use the 100% natural products provided.
Pets are not allowed.

The tiny home is on Virginie and Christophe’s property; they work on-site during the day. You may meet them (and their dogs) during your stay.
No Wi-Fi in the tiny home(4G generally works well).
The entrance has a small 3-step staircase; not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (PMR).

ADDITIONAL RULES
Do not operate the stove for more than 2 hours continuously; turn off the gas bottle at night (fully close the valve). Close the gas stove bottle after each use.
Do not handle gas bottles (except for closing valve at night) or disconnect detectors.
Gas smell: Danger! If persistent, open windows, do not light flames, and leave the area. Contact hosts immediately.
Fire risk is very high; smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited on the property.
Except for PC, phones, and provided devices, do not plug in any other appliances to avoid power loss. Do not tamper with electrical systems.
Keep indoor temperature above 10°C to avoid freezing.
Do not drink tap or shower water (non-potable). Drinking water provided via fountain; request more if needed.
If no water at the taps, close all taps and inform the hosts immediately. If unreachable, stop using until it is resolved.

This house rule must be respected and engages your personal responsibility during your stay. We are not responsible for incidents resulting from non-compliance. An English version is available on request or in the shared folder provided before arrival.
