Owner Swim: Mon–Fri 09:00–10:00, Sat–Sun 08:00–09:00
Pool Open Hours: Mon & Fri 10:00–12:00, Tue–Thu 10:00–16:00, Sat–Sun 09:00–17:00

Booking & Stay Information
Activities can be booked 12 weeks in advance, swimming 4 weeks in advance
Early booking recommended during holiday periods
Minimum stay: 3 nights (Play Pass available for 1–2 night stays)

Typical Stay Patterns:
3 nights: Friday – Monday
4 nights: Monday – Friday
7 nights: Saturday – Saturday

NOTES
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £20 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
