Welcome to our relaxing beach holiday home. Just a short walk from the sandy beach. Guests can choose to purchase an optional Play Pass (additional fee), which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages. This bright holiday home offers a private, home-from-home experience. With free parking outside the caravan and easy self check-in via a lockbox, your stay is hassle-free from the moment you arrive.

SPACE
At Carnoustie Drive Retreat, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of the entire caravan, offering privacy, comfort, and a true home-from-home experience. There is plenty free parking directly beside the caravan, with additional parking available at the resort entrance if you’re travelling with more than a couple of vehicles. Self check-in is quick and easy via a secure lockbox, allowing for a smooth arrival.

ACCESS
As a guest at Carnoustie Drive Retreat, you’ll have access to the excellent facilities at Haven Seton Sands Holiday Village (entertainment passes are available to purchase directly from Haven).

The beach is just a short walk from the caravan, perfect for seaside strolls, rock pooling, or family days building sandcastles by the shore.

NOTES
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests at Carnoustie Drive Retreat, we kindly ask that you observe the following:

No smoking indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan. Any evidence of smoking will result in a £300 charge to cover odour removal, duct cleaning, and professional upholstery cleaning.

Pre-arrival requirements
All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a short-term rental agreement directly with us before check-in.

Towels
Please do not take towels to the swimming pool or beach. Any towels that are stained or damaged will incur a £35 replacement charge per towel.

Travel cot
A travel cot is available upon request only and is subject to availability.

Before departure
Please ensure the oven is switched off prior to checking out of the caravan.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain the high standard of the retreat for future guests.

ADDITIONAL RULES
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
