SPACE
Escape to our luxury lodge-style caravan, a peaceful coastal retreat nestled in the exclusive Golf Village at Seton Sands. Perfectly designed for families, couples, or professionals, this high-end home comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers a premium getaway experience.

Property Layout;
Open-plan living area where you can unwind on plush sofas and enjoy your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV with Netflix. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 4-6 guests, creating a wonderful space for sharing meals and conversation.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals with ease. It features:

Bed Configuration
Master Suite: Unwind in a spacious bedroom featuring a comfortable Kingsize bed, a walk-in dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a full-sized bathtub and shower.
Second Bedroom: This flexible room contains two single beds that can be configured into a Kingsize bed upon request.
Living Room: A double sofabed provides additional sleeping space for larger groups.
A second immaculate bathroom with a modern thermostatic shower is located just off the living area. We provide high-quality fresh linens, premium towels, and toiletries for your comfort.
On sunny days, open the doors to the spacious, south-facing deck to let the fresh air in.

ACCESS
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. This includes the spacious, private south-facing decking area. No spaces are shared.
Private on-site parking (driveway) is also included for your convenience.

✦ Work from Here: The home is equipped with ultra-fast STARLINK WiFi, making it an ideal setup for remote work or for staying connected during your holiday.

✦ Safety & Security: For your safety and security, please be aware that exterior security cameras are in operation on the property. These cameras monitor the exterior only and do not have any views of the interior spaces, ensuring your privacy is respected.

ADDITIONAL RULES
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
