The open-plan living and dining area is warm and inviting, complete with a 32-inch TV with DVD player, a radio, and a log-effect electric fire. Double doors lead to a private patio with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining or simply unwinding with a book.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a washer/dryer, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, double oven, hob, and all essential cookware, making meal preparation effortless. Central heating and double glazing ensure comfort throughout the year.
