This tiny house was once a family home and an old farm, which the host's father recently renovated. The perfect tiny house located away from the tourist crowd, only 20 kilometers from "Le Puy en Velay," where the Compostelle road begins. Here, you'll find a beautiful peaceful landscape, great food, and old stones to discover!

Lyon and Valence are a few of the nearby cities with only an hour's drive, and a few nearby towns like Le Puy, Vienne, and Montélimar.

The Space:
It is situated on a 4-hectare parcel of land on the outskirts of a vast forest in the small town of Yssingeaux, France. The ultimate weekend getaway with spectacular views of old volcano landscapes that are a visual pleasure while sipping your morning coffee. A serene and peaceful location with horses as your closest neighbors, and a few walking trails for short or long walks in the summer and Nordic tracks in the winter.

A comfortable stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchen, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

If you plan to spend your weekend getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, with the exception of the private garden, main house, and horses, which require permission from your host.

The guest will have their own garden surrounded by a large piece of land, however, the covered pool is only open from 10:00 to 19:00 during the summer.

It sits in the small town of Yssingeaux, France. A quiet and isolated place with only a few houses around the area, including small villages, rivers, lakes, and walking trails.

Lyon and Valence are a few of the nearby cities with only an hour's drive, and a few nearby towns like Le Puy, Vienne, and Montélimar.

- Velay-Express is an old steam train that takes visitors through the forest, fields, and distant mountains between St Agrève and Raucoules.

By public transport:

-The tiny house is reachable by car, bike, motorcycle, horses and foot.
- Public transport are 5km away (Bus @ Yssingeaux)

Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception has week signal
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED as the property is surrounded by horses and can possibly harm your pets (e.g., dogs, cats, etc.)

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
