Avid fishermen will love the angling opportunities at the property. Along the River Ognon, carnivorous fish can be found, while large carp, some up to 20 kilograms, are known to reside inside the adjacent lake. Those after a refreshing swim will find it at either the lifeguard-patrolled beach on the premises or at the swimming pool just down the road, which also features a number of fun water slides.
Canoeing and kayaking are also popular in the area, with the gear rental service in nearby Villersexel offering either option depending on the number of people. A bus even departs from the campsite at 1:30 p.m. to take interested guests there, but reservations must be made in advance.
Those looking to properly explore the surrounding villages and towns would do well to bring or rent bicycles and ride around the area. There are also around four kilometers worth of walking tracks for guests to tackle during their stay. For the kids, a treetop adventure trail on site is the perfect way to fill in a summer afternoon.
