Spend your long-awaited holidays here! Located on a 40-hectare property between two lakes, where you can enjoy small picnics, read a book, or take a long snooze alongside the lakes. When you need time off from the mundane routine of city life, we offer you the opportunity to escape to the ideal lakeside retreat for vacationers to relax and reconnect with nature.

The Space:
It is located in the small town of Ézy-sur-Eure, Eure department in the Normandy region in northern France, just 80km away from the centre of Paris. This tiny house is located between two stunning lakes where you can enjoy water sports - activity run by the land host and reconnect with nature.

A comfortable stay and one of the best tiny house rentals with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchen, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

If you plan to spend your holiday getaways, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, including the five lakes, a wakeboarding 2.0 cable, a clubhouse, locker rooms with showers, a game room, a gym, a food kiosk, and more. If you are interested, we also have pre-orders and activities listed below by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs before arrival.

- We offer lunch on site on weekends menu is mixed such as Quinoa and feta salad, Lentil and celery salad, Bresaola and melon salad
- We also offer other menu options such as chicken skewers marinated in Lebanese sauce, BBQ with merguez, chipolatas fries and salad, cheeseburger fries, and salad  

Pre-booked activities

  - Ringo rides are at an extra cost of 20 euros per person
 - Waterskiing is at an extra cost of 45 euros for beginners
- Wakeboarding is at an extra cost of 45 euros for beginners
- We also bought 3 bikes to rent for 20 euros per day for the tiny house guests

We also do events on the premises such as weddings, birthdays, baby showers, stag, and hen do. For these kinds of inquiries, please contact your land host 48 hrs before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This tiny house in the small town of Ézy-sur-Eure, Eure department in the Normandy region in northern France. It's a thriving town thanks to its many associations, festivals, gyms, media library, skate park, botanical course, and greenway.

- Chateau d'anet is a beautiful mansion and historical 14th-century remnant that was home to Diane de Poitiers, Henry II of France's wife.

By car:

- 38 mins drive from Evreux
- 30 mins drive from Mantes la Jolie
- 1.45h drive from Paris city centre
- Orly Airport is 1.15h drive away

By public transport: From Paris Gare Saint Lazare take a train to Bueil the closes train station which is a 10 minutes drive.

- Pets are not allowed
- We have a coffee machine a available
- All mobile reception has weak signal
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more.
