There is also a full bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and cabinet.

In House 2, the layout is similar to House 1. The ground floor includes a living room with a 45” Smart TV, A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen, with a smaller 45 cm dishwasher (no microwave). There is also a cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, A/C, and a 32” TV offering views of the mountains and sea. A half-bathroom is located on the ground floor. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, a wardrobe, a safe, A/C, a 32” TV, and a private shower. Bedroom 2 has the same king-size bed configuration as House 1, with a wardrobe, A/C, and a 32” TV. A full bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and storage completes the floor.

The villa also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, accessible via the back terrace. A shared outdoor terrace between the two houses offers ample seating and fitness gear.

Throughout the villa, you'll find air conditioning for a cool and comfortable environment, along with 45” Smart TVs in the living rooms and 32” Smart TVs in the bedrooms.
