Our villa measures 118 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room and kitchen. It can host up to 6 persons in its big bedrooms. Its balconies will guarantee to you some beautiful sunsets in the nature.
On the ground floor of the main building of the villa, you will meet the big living room with two sofas, fireplace, a big TV with satellite channels and access to the terrace of the house. Next to the living room, there is also the dining room with a big modern table and 6 seats and a big kitchen which is fully-equipped. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a twin bedroom with 2 beds.
On the first floor you will meet 2 more bedrooms. One of them is twin and the other have a queen double bed. On this floor you will also find a bathroom. The balconies of the first floor will offer to you an amazing view to the nature nearby.
It is 6 km south of the sandy beach of Stavromenos, and 20 km southeast of Rethymno. Each 3-bedroom villa has a private furnished sun-lounger terrace and a garden with BBQ. The modern interiors include a living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Villa guests enjoy free private parking facilities.
