A spacious villa built in classical style and set in a secluded lawned garden, just a few meters back from the shoreline. This villa is equally suitable for families or couples travelling together due to the generous space and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Well-tended gardens surround the glistening pool with Roman steps and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and shaded alfresco dining.
The villa entrance is just a couple of steps up from the garden and leads into the hallway, giving access to the very generous living room with comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and full air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to a furnished balcony. The fully fitted kitchen with all appliances incorporates an indoor dining area. This floor also offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, one offering a twin bed and the other a king-sized bed.
The upper floor is home exclusively to the master bedroom suite. This features a king-sized bed with patio doors leading to a private sea-facing balcony. The en-suite bathroom provides a whirlpool bathtub in addition to a shower cubicle with jacuzzi jets. All bedrooms offer smart TVs.
Guests staying have use of a children’s playground area situated on grass and shared with the neighboring Villa.
Fabulous sandy beach prasoudi with its family-run taverna is a couple of minutes' drive away or a 15-minute walk.
