Welcome to a brand-new wooden hideaway designed for elevated living. This unique three-level home features a spacious private yoga deck with panoramic lake and volcano views — perfect for sunrise flows, hammock afternoons, or simply breathing it all in.

Sleep beneath the palm-thatched roof in a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress and handcrafted wooden frame. Wake each morning as the sunrise turns Lake Atitlán gold — right from your bedroom in the sky.
Downstairs, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a private terrace with low floor seating — ideal for slow breakfasts, sunset drinks, or working remotely with a view.

The spacious bathroom includes a compost toilet and an extra-large solar-heated hot shower.
Filtered spring water and high-speed Starlink internet make the home perfect for both deep rest and remote work.
Within a 30-minute walk: kayaking, yoga classes, ecstatic dance, and the famous Eagle’s Nest sauna.

Guest access
The house is located a 25 minute walk from town along a beautiful lakeside trail. It’s an unforgettable adventure with amazing views — but it can be challenging for elderly guests, young children, or anyone with mobility or health concerns. Please keep this in mind before booking.

Other things to note
🔹 Access:
There is no road access to the house, its a 20 min walk from where the tuk tuk can drop you. If you are arriving by car,  you can park at Fuego Atitlán Eco-Hotel, and we can arrange a trusted tuk-tuk pickup or luggage carrying service.

🔹 No smoking indoors:
Please do not smoke inside the home. You’re welcome to smoke outside.

🔹 Quiet hours:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to keep the environment peaceful for everyone.

🔹 Nature & insects:
While the house is thoroughly cleaned between guests, this is rural Guatemala — ants, spiders, and (rarely) scorpions can occasionally appear. None of them are poisonous, and if there is anything feel free to ask us to remove them.
