Situated in the rolling hills overlooked by Castledonovan in West Cork, Ireland, this cozy cabin is a well-reviewed glamping cabin. There is only one cabin available so guests have the farm to themselves with hosts nearby if needed. The farm has a selection of friendly animals, many of whom were rescued, including alpacas, donkeys, Shetland ponies, rabbits, hens, cats, and dogs. Guests can enjoy the farms beautiful riverside walk, home to an abundance of wildlife, complete with a spectacular waterfall with a fabulous pool for swimming.

With the ancient castle and picturesque mountains providing the backdrop, this serene alcove of rural Ireland is a perfect getaway for both couples and families alike. The area provides countless nature walks through farm country, particularly along the winding Illen River, which runs down to the nearest town of Drimoleague or up to the mountains to take in the stunning views of the area.

This property provides guests with many opportunities to spend time with animals, including sheep, donkeys, cats, dogs, rabbits, and of course, alpacas! There are featured "Alpaca Walks" where guests can lead the curious and intelligent animals around the sprawling landscape. The entire property is covered in walking paths waiting to be explored. Additionally, Drimoleague Heritage Walkways is a local organization which gives walking tours around the entire area. There are plenty of opportunities to swim as well, in both the Illen River and near the waterfall on the property. The nearby towns of Dunmanway and Bantry provide horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, art museums, and a cinema. The larger city of Cork is only an hours drive away.
