This property is located in the countryside of Paganico in the Grosseto province of southern Tuscany, Italy. Strolling the grounds of the 85-hectare (210-acre) farm on which it is situated, guests will find gently rolling hills, Mediterranean scrub, a sheepfold, barns, paddocks, an orchard, an olive grove, a vegetable garden, and pasture land that is sown for hay and grains that feed the farm's animals, which include horses, pigs, cows, goats, and chickens. A wide variety of vegetables and fruit are grown in the garden and orchard, such as tomatoes, aubergines/eggplants, peppers, zucchinis, cherries, peaches, apricots, plums, figs, and persimmons.
In the surrounding countryside, guests will find circuit trails that wind through woodlands, clearings, hills, streams, and farmlands full of sheep and cows.
