Luxury Camping Tree Houses in Coastal Madagascar Rainforest
"The pristine forests, seas and rivers like a paradise lost. The intriguing animals and friendly, helpful Malagasy people. Time stands still but gentl…"
Forget about Madagascar resorts. Luxury camping in the trees awaits!
These seven camping tree houses in Madagascar have thatched roofs and are raised on stilted decks so that guests will have unparalleled views of the sea and the rainforest canopy. These luxury rentals were built from indigenous and sustainably sourced timber and were inspired by traditional, local designs. They are naturally ventilated and lit, and they have been built to maintain privacy and space. Each has an internal tent made of canvas and mesh to create a bug-free environment and to maintain energy efficiency. There is an en-suite bathroom inside of each camping tree house with hot, running water.
There is a communal dining room at this camping lodge where guests can enjoy organic, local produce and fresh seafood.
Think of these as Madagascar resorts! Luxury treehouses perfect for a romantic getaway await.
