Casa Alberca is a unique private villa built by artisans. It boasts a huge palm-leaf roof, a living room, full kitchen, one and one-half baths. The living room opens up to the 55-foot pool, fountains and gardens. There is a large separate bedroom with half-bath, French doors opening to a little balcony overlooking the desert and the sea. There are fireplaces in both the bedroom and the living room. It’s truly a magnificent space. This beautiful house could set the scene for your next party, or it could be the perfect little escape for you and your loved one. It sits alongside a 50 x 27 foot mosaic-tiled swimming pool with 10,000 square feet of poolside terrace. The bedroom has a romantic king-sized canopy bed with a fabulous ocean view and a private balcony. The living room boasts satellite TV and comfortable stuffed furniture. There are also two large fountains, custom-made rugs, tiles and artifacts, an 11-foot dining room table, a huge aqua-tiled bathroom off the living area with a mosaic-tiled sunken tub, walk-in shower and large vanity. The half-bath has wrap-around windows with an incredible view. The kitchen comes stocked with a stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils and more.

Casita Tres: This is a large bedroom with a canopied queen-sized bed and a fireplace, and it has a separate sitting area that can accommodate another single bed or crib. It has a full bath, and it has its own private terrace overlooking the ocean. Inside you'll find hand-carved furniture, gorgeous rugs, tiled floors, original art and carved moldings throughout. There are also sliding glass doors in the bedroom that open up to a private garden with a large palapa with comfy furniture and lovely views of the sea

Casita Dos: This villa actually has two suites; one with a full bath, the other with a half bath and a wonderful outdoor shower. The suites are joined together by a beautiful living room. These suites can be rented separately or as one unit. There is an outdoor terrace under a large tree with views of the pool and the ocean. You'll also find lots of great books on the bookshelves, a small icebox, a burner for making coffee and a fireplace in both suites. Decorated with charming, hand-carved Mexican furniture and original art, this little villa certainly has style.

The North Suite (of Casita Dos): The North Suite includes a queen bedroom with a desk area, a half bath and another room that can contain a single bed. The artisan aqua-carved bed and faux bois columns are quite unusual. Up to three people can sleep in this suite. Firewood for your fireplace is included. The shower is private and outdoor, adjoining 575 square feet of private terraces overlooking the pool area and the ocean.

The South Suite (of Casita Dos): This suite contains a beautifully carved queen-sized bed with matching chests and cabinets. Firewood for your fireplace is included. The full bath has a walk-in tiled shower and a large vanity. Adjoining the suite is over 400 square feet of terrace, all of which overlook the ocean. Up to three people can sleep in this suite..

Casa Azul: Casa Azul is centrally located and close to the site’s restaurant. It consists of a lovely bedroom with a fireplace, a queen-sized bed and a full bath. Casa Azul has a beautiful outdoor sitting area with an ocean view and a hammock for hot nights.

Stone Beach Cottage: What better way to experience the true Baja Sur than a unique stone cottage directly on the sand? Just 30 feet from the water line, it’s on its own totally private beach. The walls are two-feet thick, the roof is thatched, and a series of arched windows look out directly on the white sand, the Sea of Cortez, flocks of pelicans and breaching humpback whales. You won't find a more private location anywhere.
