This rural vacation rental is nestled in the community of Malinalco in Mexico's Ixtapan Region. Surrounded by mountains and lush vegetation, the charming town has cobblestone streets, plenty of restaurants, and a pervasive scent of flowers. Guests will soon discover that the area has long been associated with sorcery, as legend says it was the home of the goddess Malinalxóchil. The nearest larger city is Toluca, which is less than an hour away and is known for its colonial architecture.
