These spacious and comfortable tents, decorated with unique sourced pieces and locally crafted artwork, form a harmonious whole with their surroundings. Set against an elegant and simple backdrop, the natural materials, African woven matting and Berber rugs, interesting pieces brought back from travels abroad and atmospheric Moroccan lanterns, give the impression of being on an expedition from another time.

This camp has 5 private, luxury tents dotted throughout a vast terrain. Each private sleeping area consists of a 25m2 nomad tent of thick white cotton with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm).

Recline in traditional Moroccan corner seating strewn with oriental cushions or feel inspired to write at the desk space. A stretched cotton panel screens the entrance to each tent, for you to silently savour this mystical desert landscape still untouched by tourism. Water is a precious commodity in the desert: for your comfort, smaller tents house western toilets and shower facilities. Specially prepared dishes can be shared by guests around a communal dining table. Set against the magical and vast horizon, the dining tent welcomes guests in search of authentic Moroccan cuisine using the finest regional produce. Most of the activities offered are designed for you to enjoy the great outdoors and breathtaking panoramas of the region. Marrakech is not far away, and so all the activities this enchanting city has to offer are within easy reach, and in some cases can even be relocated to the camp.

Kite, boule, board games and open film projection.

Other optional activities:

Moroccan cuisine workshop at the camp, paragliding, hot-air ballooning, off the beaten track tour of the desert and oasis by quad or bike, Paris Dakar dune buggy driving class in the desert, one-hour relaxing massage at the camp, camel-back or donkey-back trek, horse-riding (experienced riders only), treks with a mountain guide with or without night's sleep at a nomadic camp, picnic at a picturesque spot following a walking trek, 4x4 trip or other activity, one day trip in a 4x4 to discover the region, traditional hammam at a small local earth village, Fantasia (traditional Moroccan horse show) professor of astronomy and star-teller and his great telescope. There is also the option to do a longetrek (more athletic and longer than the walk, minimum 2 days, accommodation in Scarabeo bivouac nomadic tent or inn) with qualified mountain guide, mule transport for equipment, and several different itineraries according to the climatic conditions. The trek can be made by horseback, quad or helicopter charter (36 hours advance notice required and dependent on weather conditions).
