Scenic views
This cottage is located in Piha, North Island, where it is nestled among Pohutukawa trees on a peaceful, grassy property that is just footsteps from Piha beach. From the property, guests will enjoy stunning views of the surrounding cliffs, beach, and ocean. Less than ten minutes away, they will find the Waitakere Ranges, Waitakere Ranges Regional Park, and Kitekite Falls, the latter of which is a dramatic waterfall and peaceful swimming hole in the forest, with hiking paths around it.
At Waitakere Ranges Regional Park, guests will find just under 40,000 acres of forested hills and coastline made up of cliffs interspersed with blank sand beaches. The park encompasses five reservoirs, a volcano, and an extensive network of trails, including the 48-mile Hillary Trail. These areas provide habitats to kauri snails, glow worms, native long-tailed bats, and gannets.
The cottage is about 45 minutes from Aukland, where the nearest international airport is located.
