The third and fourth bedrooms both have two king single beds. In the fourth and fifth bedrooms, there are three sets of twin bunk beds. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a sink, a toilet, heated towel rails, and a full wet wall walk-in shower. In the family bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, heated towel rails, and a bath/shower combination. Linens and towels are provided.

On the main level, guests will find a modern open plan living area that opens up onto the deck. This common area includes the kitchen, the dining area, and a sitting area with a large sectional couch and a wood-burning fireplace. On the lower level, there is a media room with seating and a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffeemaker, and a sandwich maker.
