This picturesque bell tent rental is set on a thriving, ethical, organic farm located in the lush, coastal bush of the small town of Waipu, near Whangarei, North Island and can accommodate a family of four. The host's small glamping site only has two lotus belle tents, secluded from each other, but perfectly in reach if guests wish to hire both for larger family and friend gatherings. The glamping site is located by a slowly, meandering river, within native bush, just downstream of the iconic Piroa Falls.

There is one comfortable queen-size bed with luxury linens for cozy nights in the wild outdoors. The tent features two bedside tables with bedside lamps, ample space for storing belongings and relaxing inside. There is a sofa that converts to two single beds, great for children. Each tent has it's own private deck with barbecue, and outdoor furniture, plus their own private shower, toilet and a sink.

For grander meals, there is a cute, shared indoor cabin with a kitchen. It is equipped with a refrigerator, a burner stove, a sink, a kettle, and basic cooking utensils. There are two outside kitchens attached to the cabin, perfect for cooking up delicious eggs from the farm and preparing fresh salads from the farm’s organic seasonal produce shop.

Outside, guests will love the captivating views of the unspoiled surrounding landscapes. Guests can go for a splash just a few steps away from their tent in one of the Ahuroa River’s swimming holes or take one of the private farm walks direct from your tent to walk across our beautiful organic farm.

This remarkable glamping property offers guests who are interested in a sustainable approach to farming and land management the chance to experience the process firsthand. Guests are invited to reconnect with nature while taking in the stunning and unspoiled views of native bush in a countryside setting, just a few minutes drive from the ocean. Glampers will enjoy luxurious amenities for a peaceful sleep and stay while enjoying the rawness of the glorious outdoors and leaving a minimal carbon footprint.

The property opens their doors to those interested in learning about the organic farming process, intending to spread knowledge on sustainable approaches to land management and all of its benefits, so the approach becomes adopted as the widespread norm. The farm provides a range of healthy, tasty, and nutritious products in partnership with the land, and work to leave the land healthier and more productive by applying a rigorous approach to sustainable improvement.

Guests will have access to the on-site shop selling seasonal fresh produce, eggs, and other products. The tents are situated along the Ahuroa River near the walking trail to access Piroa Falls.
