This secluded cottage is located on a sheep and cattle farm 15 minutes outside of the village of Waitomo in the Waikato region and can accommodate up to five guests. The cottage is contained in one room and the separate bathroom is located merely steps away. There is a queen-size bed with two single-size mattresses in a loft above. In the separate bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided. The cottage has a cozy and comfortable feel which makes it popular with small groups on self-catering getaways. In the kitchen, guests will find two cook tops, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave, and a toaster. Outside, on the veranda, guests can enjoy incredible views of the area and the stars at night.

Outside, the cottage has a veranda with a 180-degree view of this unique landscape. The cottage is one room, and there is a queen-size bed with a small loft above it, which usually has two single mattresses in it. For families of five, the hosts can add an extra mattress in the middle so all three together can be cozy and fun.

This fantastic cottage is located on a 1,600-acre sheep and cattle farm near the village of Waitomo in the Waikato region of the North Island, New Zealand. This secluded location allows for incredible panoramic views of the mountains and a relaxing getaway. The cottage is less than 20 minutes from the famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves and is also conveniently located for visiting Marakopa Falls. Otorohanga and Te Kuiti are 30 minutes away by car.

Guests can take advantage of the numerous walking tracks through the native bush on the property and see stunning caves, limestone outcrops, and lush green fields. There are also a number rock climbing areas. The area is known for the famous Waitomo Caves where guests can enjoy a unique view of the magical New Zealand glowworm from a guided boat tour. Adventurous glampers can spend a day with The Legendary Black Water Rafting Company for stunning black water rafting through Ruakuri Cave. Guests will not want to miss the stunning Marokopa Falls, which is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful waterfalls in New Zealand. Lord of the Rings fans are only an hour and a half away from the Hobbiton movie set.
