The property is ideal for that dream surfing holiday with easy access to pristine waters and sizeable waves all along the coast of the Gulf of Fonseca. The beaches of Aserradores, Santa María del Mar, and Mechapa are highly rated and while there are plenty of water sports on offer, sunbathing with a piña colada in hand is also a not a bad way to pass the time.
