Each tree house suite can sleep up to a maximum of two guests comfortably, making them perfect for couples or couples with a small child. Inside, glampers will find one bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bathroom with a spacious teak shower.

The living room comes fully-furnished with a writing desk, a futon, and a grand lounge area. Glampers will also find a fully-equipped kitchen. Guests will enjoy a private outdoor deck space with rocking chairs and a magnificent private plunge pool overlooking the private beach cove below. This property offers a lovely, open-air beachfront restaurant, which serves up fresh, local cuisine with a contemporary flair. This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The coffee and espresso is made with organic Nicaraguan coffee beans, meats and organic produce are sourced from local farmers, and the fish is caught daily from the town of Gigante, less than a mile away from this site.

Glampers can start their day with one of the host's fresh-squeezed tropical juices or smoothies, such as the “Funky Monkey,” which is made with orange juice, banana, cashew nuts, and cocoa nibs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus feature American and international dishes, everything from fish tacos and pasta to pad Thai, as well as typical Nicaraguan specialties such as ceviche, Gallo pinto, and Nicaraguan barbecue.
