The property has its own professional dive facilities that depart daily from Kavieng Harbor. You can reserve either as a single diver or as a group.
Dive sites abound in this area. Some recommendations include Albatross Passage, Eucha Patch, Byron Passage, Steffan Straight, and Planet Passage, where you’ll have the fortune of swimming with swirling trevelly or barracuda and observing eagle rays, mobies, and white tip, black tip or whaler sharks. There is also a family of Silver Tip oceanic sharks for the enthusiast located on the outer atolls.
If scuba is too intense but you still want to bubble around viewing the colorful corals and small tropical fish on the reef in front of the property, consider snorkeling. Snorkel equipment is available for hire. The sandy lagoon reaches out for 100 meters in front of the resort, where it joins the colorful main coral reef.
The surfing season is from November to April, with swells reaching the northern shores from the typhoon activity in the Northern Hemisphere. You will have a selection of breaks on the nearby islands and along the coast from the property. Day trips or outer island expeditions should be booked in advance with your accommodation.
