The property is secluded, with guests being three kilometres from the nearest neighbours, and six kilometres from the nearest town where glampers can buy all necessary items. The picturesque castle town of Belver is a 15 minute drive away and overlooks the river Tejo, where guests can hire canoes, or take a boat trip.

The hosts live on the property, and have some animals. There are two cats and a quiet, well-behaved border collie on the property, as well as two goats a little further away down the hill. Firewood is provided free of charge.
