This treetop cottage rental is situated in the forest of Western Area National Park of Sierra Leone and can accommodate up to two guests. The two-story contemporary designed loft-style rental features a comfortable double-size bed and a second-floor balcony overlooking the lush rainforest landscape that surrounds the property. The bathroom offers a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are kindly provided by the host.

On the ground floor, glampers will find a beautiful walkout patio with seating, an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a barbecue grill for cookouts. Other amenities include free parking on the premises, cozy hammocks for afternoon naps and reading, private tours of the chimpanzee sanctuary on which the rental is located, and complimentary breakfast each morning.

Glampers will be able to immerse themselves in the tranquility of their rainforest surroundings while still enjoying access to modern amenities and conveniences during their stay. The property consists of six separate accommodations, each of which has mosquito nets, a barbecue grill for cookouts, and a private balcony overlooking the lush forest and its abundant native wildlife. There is a lounge on site where glampers can order delicious lunches and dinners, and breakfast is included each day. Other amenities include free parking and hammocks for lazy afternoon naps.

Surrounded by the rainforest landscape of the Western Area National Park, glampers will have a plethora of options for outdoor activities to experience together during their stay. The non-hunting forest reserve is a UNESCO World Heritage Site consisting of diverse birdlife, lush rainforest flora and fauna, and idyllic waterfalls. The Guma Trail, starting from the Guma dam, is a popular road that provides excellent opportunities for birding and wildlife viewing. Glampers can go hiking, off-roading, mountain biking through the mountains. Additionally, glampers will be just half an hour from the pristine sandy shores of Sierra Leone's picturesque coast. Glampers can go swimming, boating, sea kayaking, snorkeling, or simply relax on the beach with a book or tropical cocktail.

For a break from the great outdoors, glampers can visit the vibrant capital city of Freetown known for its historical role in the transatlantic slave trade. On the city's waterfront, glampers will find the King’s Yard Gate, through which former slaves walked to freedom. Other notable attractions include the Sierra Leone National Museum, the Sierra Leone National Railway Museum, and the Sierra Leone Peace Museum.
