This eco-friendly, luxury yurt rental in the Canary Islands, Spain, is set near to the stunning beaches of Arrieta. The rental consists of three adjacent accommodations. Firstly, an authentic Mongolian five-meter yurt with a double bed, a second six-meter yurt with a double bed, and a neighboring sustainable pod on a raised platform. This unique rental is a great choice for four adults, a large family, or two families who are looking for a sustainable vacation in the sun, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Both yurts and the pod are each decorated with luxury fabrics and furnishings. The five-meter yurt contains a 160-centimeter, king-size double bed, and the six-meter yurt has a 180-centimeter, super king-size bed. Both yurts have Manrique-style flooring and tasteful Indonesian furniture. The palm pod can be combined as an indoor living area or summer month bedroom, containing a double sofa bed with beautiful views towards the beach of Arrieta village. An additional single folding bed can be added to any of the units for extra guests with a maximum capacity of eight guests in total.

The whole retreat is powered by wind and solar energy, and guests are able to see the wind turbines working from the yurt. Please note that the turbines can create a wind-like hum as they work to produce sustainable energy. The solid floors within the yurts and traditional two-skin covers keep it draft-free and ensure a constant ambient temperature. Central skylights allow ventilation, as well as romantic stargazing.

Within the private fenced and gated area of the yurt, there is a roofed, walk-in shower room, with a wash basin and WC, plus an exterior solar shower, a fully fitted kitchen with granite-topped breakfast bar, and a bamboo roofed dining area. Relax and enjoy the lovely views from the private terrace, where there are sun-loungers and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Next to the shared pool, there is a second shower room with WC, plus a covered kitchen and lounge with a chill-out area nearby for all guests to use complete with Wi-Fi internet access. Kids will love the play area that includes a large trampoline.

All the rentals at the property have solar power and wind energy giving guests an eco-friendly experience. The host has kindly provided linens and towels. On-site there are communal relaxation areas with free Wi-Fi in the chill out lounge. Guests have access to the solar heated pool which measures 13 meters by two and a half meters. Those who want to lounge by the pool can enjoy the luxury of a shaded day bed. The communal children's play area includes a trampoline, and there is also a communal kitchen on site for guests to use. Other facilities include a laundry area, an honesty shop, and a game area featuring ping pong, giant chess, and plenty of books.

This glamping site is proud to supply the lovely Yaiza and La Grieta Lanzarote wines (whites and reds available). Fresh bread is delivered daily from the local village of Guatiza, plus locally produced items from a family-run deli including flavored salts and mouth-watering chutneys in various flavors. Guests can also enjoy fresh eggs from the hen-house. As well as the locally produced foods, the site also supplies immediate convenience items such as water, milk, cereals, snacks, and everything supplied in the shop is priced fairly. There is a space for Hybrid parking and normal car parking at the property.
