Guests will enjoy plenty of days on the sand as the Lanzarote getaway is just five minutes' drive from the beautiful unspoiled beach at Arrieta. Guatiza is the greenest and leafiest village in Lanzarote and it was once home to the island's cactus based cochineal industry, so many fields locally are still dominated by the tunera cacti whilst the main avenida is lined with giant eucalyptus trees.
Fittingly, the village is home to Cesar Manrique's world-renowned Cactus Garden, which is just a five-minute stroll from the rental. Here, guests can view an amazing collection of over 10,000 cacti in the sunken amphitheater setting of a disused former quarry. This is also a great spot for lunch or a morning coffee.
