Located on a vineyard near Barcelona in Spain, this charming yurt is handcrafted from sustainable sources. There are two traditional Japanese futon sofas, which can easily be converted into fantastically comfortable double beds. A short distance away guests will find a shower, a sink, and a composting toilet.

The yurt is round, six meters in diameter, with a canvas exterior, felt exterior lining and cotton inner lining. The beautiful central wheel lights up the interior. The transparent wheel covering can be removed on warm summer days (and nights) to allow cooling breezes to circulate.If the weather is against you, there is an indoor dining room suite and a wood burning stove to keep you warm on even the coldest nights.

Double doors open out onto your extensive private outdoor area, where you will find a wooden picnic table, a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine. Guests will also find a covered kitchen area with a barbecue, meaning guests can enjoy summer cookouts together, while sampling a couple of bottles of the local wine. Depending on the season, guests can be shown the process of wine-making, and can even join in.

This site has a covered outside kitchen area, supplied with a full range of equipment, including a top-of-the-line gas barbecue. There is a traditional stone sink for washing. The exclusive bathhouse is furnished with a stone sink, shower, and composting toilet. All the hot water and electricity is generated by solar panels.
