Yoga: Thailand has been a yoga destination since the beginning of time. There is a yoga sala available at the northern most point of the island. It is positioned on the peninsula overlooking the beach, in a secluded cove amidst an abundance of tropical flora and fauna. It provides an ideal setting with a tranquil environment and courses are led only by world-class instructors. There are daily classes, private classes, kids yoga, meditation workshops, stress management yoga, Reiki therapy, chakra balancing and energy workshops available on a daily basis.

Diving: Every year visitors from around the world come to dive in Thailand's Andaman Sea. The crystal-clear water, a colorful variety of sea life and the exotic location are only a few reasons for its popularity. The resort offers a unique combination of world class diving with elements of adventure, exploration and topical nature that can only be found at this special island retreat.

Snorkeling: Thailand's Surin islands remain one of the most hidden, undiscovered treasures of Southeast Asia. The group of 5 granite islands is covered in tropical evergreen forest, and surrounded by golden, sandy beaches and luscious mangroves. Their beautiful coral reefs make these islands the perfect choice for snorkelers.

Kayaking: Basic and sea kayaks are available for rent. The mangrove-lined water passages and small nearby islands such as Koh Pling and Koh rah offer great scenery for exploring by kayak.

Culture Tours and Trekking: There are an abundance of trekking and hiking activities to engage in. From tropical safaris to indigenous village visits - from relaxing strolls down the beach to exciting half-day treks through the rainforest. Well-trained professional guides will take you to through the oldest rainforests on earth amidst mangrove forests, across amazing savannas and untouched beaches. Moreover, you'll have the opportunity during your treks to discover the amazing wildlife and cool off in the refreshing Andaman Sea.

Conservation: While Thailand's economy benefits from the increase in tourism that can be perceived during the last couple of years, the unique and sensitive ecosystem is clearly affected in a negative way on many levels by mass recreational travel. Therefore, it is paramount for the resort to make an effort to help stabilizing and maintaining Thailand's unique environment and ecosystem. The resort has run several environmental programs, such as the important Sea Turtle Conversation Project, since 1996. In the course of the last couple of years the number of sea turtles has significantly declined, so during the nesting season (from December through April) staff and volunteers on the island will be more than happy to educate you on the effects that this program has on the ecosystem.

Also, and most importantly, the resort encourages their guests to support this mission. During nesting season, there are several rules that should be obeyed by the guests to help maintain the turtles' natural environment and help protect their behavior. The resort has been engaged in other conservation programs such as the Reptile and Mangrove Project, and the Whale Shark, Manta Ray and Turtle Awareness Programs, and also hosts a large variety of educational activities and environmental protection training events on a daily basis.
