These unique Armadillas on a farm in Essex, United Kingdom, can accommodate two guests per Armadilla and are perfect for a romantic weekend getaway with a difference. Located in a peaceful area away from the main farm, the Armadillas are strictly for adults, ensuring the utmost privacy and tranquillity.
Cozy and snug inside, the Armadilla has all of the amenities guests would expect in a boutique hotel including underfloor heating, a Bluetooth sound system, and mood lighting. The bench seats can convert into a double bed or two single beds and guests are asked to state their preference when booking. Guests can cook in the small kitchen area with a sink, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, and a microwave. There is also cutlery and crockery for two people. The Armadilla also features an internal toilet and shower and plenty of storage space for clothes and other belongings.
Outside, guests will find a private deck with seating, which is great for relaxing on during a summers evening. Glampers can cook up a feast on the barbecue or snuggle around the fire pit while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Guests can soak the evening away in their own private two-person, log-fired hot tub for an *additional cost*. Guests should inquire for details.

The site has stabling for around 12 horses, which should keep equine enthusiasts entertained. If fishing is more appealing, guests can enjoy a peaceful afternoon casting off at the on-site fishing reservoir. Guests also have access to a free pass for the neighboring Essex Wildlife Trust Colne Point Nature Reserve, and the road beyond the property leads directly to the reserve.
