PLEASE NOTE: some furnishings and fixtures may differ from the photos slightly.
Bedroom Area: Curtain can be pulled across for privacy when sleeping. There is a Double Bed with Hanging Rail for clothes and a Chest of Drawers.
Lounge & Kitchen Area: The lounge has a Double Sofa Bed, Single Chair and Pouffe style seat. There is a side table and a fold away Dining Table & Chairs. The Kitchen has an under-counter Fridge with Ice Box, Electric Oven & 2 Ring Hob. There is a Kettle, Toaster & Microwave.
Sliding Patio Doors lead to the outside decked area with Picnic Bench and large private grassed area, enclosed by fencing (approx 1.2m) & Laurel Hedging (please note that the Laurels are still growing so are not at full height yet). To the Side is a screened Hot Tub with 6 seats and a Gas BBQ. There are two Sun Loungers and Two outdoor Beanbags for your comfort.
PARKING: There is a dedicated parking area for the lodges which is before you enter the Woodland Area; this ensures the area remains car free and safe for animals & children. We supply carts to carry your luggage from your car to the lodge. If you need assistance with the carts, we may be able to help IF this is organised prior to your stay (approx 150yards from carpark to lodge).
You will have full access to the woodland area and footpath which leads into the village.
There is a Tennis/Games Court on site.
There is a dedicated dog walking area and play area.
Where access is forbidden, there will be 'private' signs.
We will email all information about your stay and use your mobile number to keep in touch throughout your stay.
We are lucky enough to have a Dog Friendly Village Pub, Shop, Post Office, Park, Brewery and vineyard too (so lovely local wine & ale)! Set in a picturesque location. Walk into the village in 8mins (no roads to cross).
From Toppesfield Hall you can reach the village on foot in just 8 minutes!
To venture further afield, we recommend a car.
We have a few bikes to hire (first come basis).
Toppesfield Hall is located next to a working farm.
Hosts live in the family home at Toppesfield Hall (on site).
