Recognised as a corridor of environmental significance, it is home to a diverse collection of flora and fauna including; cuckoos, kingfishers, deer, badgers, rare orchids, mistletoe and, if you're lucky, even multicoloured rabbits. Amongst the farm's many treasures are woodland walks, streams bristling with fish, ancient woodland clearings and the ruins of an iron forge from the earliest days of the industrial revolution. To cap it all, amidst all this beauty is the privately owned 12th century Shulbrede Priory where Parry wrote the score for Jerusalem.
