Scenic views
This property is situated on the 3,500 acre Knepp Estate just south of Horsham in West Sussex, England. The land was once used for farming but is now dedicated to one of the UK's most exciting rewilding projects. It draws a number of rare species of birds as well as an abundance of different wildlife, making it a safari of sorts, hence the tours available to those who stay here.

Horsham is an adorable market town and is considered to be "one of the finest towns in West Sussex" and also "one of the finest places to live in the UK." Horsham is an ideal base for exploring the West Sussex area. There is a pub within a 10-minute walk of the property and a peaceful two-mile walk across the countryside leads to a restaurant that often serves venison sourced from the reserve itself.

Due to the location of the property, glampers are encouraged to walk, bike, or use public transit. Gatwick Airport is just 17 miles from the property and there is a train that runs regularly from Horsham to Gatwick.

Southwater Country Park is a 90-acre site offering level surfaced paths for a leisurely stroll along the lake. There are also a variety of outdoor activities. On the water, there is canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and sailing while on land there is an adventure playground, orienteering, and mountain biking. There are rentals available as well as organized trips.
