This spacious tent rental comes complete with a sofa and is located in Horsham, England. The tent sits off the ground on a wooden platform and is made from a good quality cotton with ample ventilation. Glampers will sleep restfully in a gorgeous hand-built king-size bed dressed in Egyptian cotton linens and topped with a down duvet, pillows, and a colorful wool blanket. The bed is flanked by tree-trunk bedside tables with battery reading lights. A small writing desk with chair, a traveling trunk, and Swedish rag rugs offer a vintage vibe while fresh cut flowers, books, and magazines make it feel like home. Two battery hurricane lamps and a candle lantern offer additional light sources once the sun goes down. A wood-burning stove will keep glampers toasty when the temperatures cool off.

Outside, there is an upcycled fire pit with a grill and a neat table with two stools made from recycled tires.

There are two hot shower rooms kept warm with underfloor heating and also two flushing "loos." Glampers will have access to a fully-equipped glamping kitchen. It contains a large gas oven and hob and a communal fridge/freezer. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven! All cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided as well as clean up supplies. The kitchen runs hot and cold water and offers a charging station for electronics. Two large dining tables offer communal eating spaces and there are a variety of board games to pass the time on rainy days.

There is also a drying room on the property where glampers can dry wet clothing and towels.

The yoga garden is a peaceful yurt in a meadow of wildflowers.

This property is situated on the 3,500 acre Knepp Estate just south of Horsham in West Sussex, England. The land was once used for farming but is now dedicated to one of the UK's most exciting rewilding projects. It draws a number of rare species of birds as well as an abundance of different wildlife, making it a safari of sorts, hence the tours available to those who stay here.

Horsham is an adorable market town and is considered to be "one of the finest towns in West Sussex" and also "one of the finest places to live in the UK." Horsham is an ideal base for exploring the West Sussex area. There is a pub within a 10-minute walk of the property and a peaceful two-mile walk across the countryside leads to a restaurant that often serves venison sourced from the reserve itself.

Due to the location of the property, glampers are encouraged to walk, bike, or use public transit. Gatwick Airport is just 17 miles from the property and there is a train that runs regularly from Horsham to Gatwick.

The property itself has so much to offer glampers. There are 16 miles of public and permissive footpaths, five tree viewing-platforms offering amazing sights across the countryside, and a bird-hide (shelter for viewing birds) overlooking Knepp Lake.
There are a number of safari tours available from dawn till dusk, all of which are very informative and unique.

Southwater Country Park is a 90-acre site offering level surfaced paths for a leisurely stroll along the lake. There are also a variety of outdoor activities. On the water, there is canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and sailing while on land there is an adventure playground, orienteering, and mountain biking. There are rentals available as well as organized trips.

"The Quarry" is a nature and wildlife conservation area within the park where visitors can view such things as lizards, kingfishers, and nightingales as well as various butterflies and dragonflies. Downs Link Bridleway passes through the park and is perfect for covering more ground on foot, bike, or horse.
