The property is located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Parks, constructed in a New Hampshire style, two-story, open plan on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The ground floor has a modern kitchen off the lounge/dining area, fully fitted with quality appliances including an oven and hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The large open-plan lounge/diner has almost an entire wall of double-glazed panes offering uninterrupted views out onto the lake with large patio doors leading onto a large private deck, opening out onto a large lawn leading down to the water's edge. Both inside and outside living areas comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults, with outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ for alfresco drinks and meals.

Back inside we provide comfortable sofas for relaxing, a flat-screen 40" ‘Smart’ TV with BT hub for internet connection with BT TV for on-demand streaming, together with a dining area for meals or get out the family board games. The master bedroom has a large picture window with amazing views overlooking the lake, and a private en-suite with shower, WC, and handbasin. A comfortable King bed with ample storage for clothes, suitcases, etc. The double bedroom, overlooks the front of the property, with views over a large feature pond. Comfortable 4’6” double bed and mattress. There is limited walking space around the bed but plenty of storage drawer space. The twin bedroom, also with views over the pond, has two comfortable full-size single beds and a wardrobe for clothing.

Enjoy the wildlife and views or if you are more inclined, make use of the 3 on-site lakes for fishing, and water activities like canoeing or paddle boarding, or make use of the 3 free tennis courts (one floodlit!) to play table tennis or within the pavilion, play pool, table football or make use of the soft play area for the toddlers, or perhaps the children can make use of the large well-equipped children's play park.
