Pippin sits in its own private paddock above the cherry orchard and has spectacular views across the valley towards the Jurassic Coast. With two outside seating areas you can enjoy the sunrise from your sawn larch deck and watch sunsets from your rustic wood chip outside dining area!

Pippin has a divinely comfortable superking bed made up with a lofty White Company duvet, stacks of pillows and the crispest fine bed linen.
​
The lovingly crafted en-suite bathroom is nothing short of a masterpiece; heated and with beautifully soft strip lighting (you'll see what we mean!) and the most wonderful sleek but rustic feel. With a piping hot shower, proper flushing loo and basin with overhead lit mirror, we don't think you could want for more.

There is a woodburning stove to keep you warm and cosy on the chillier nights and, if that's not enough, there is a dual controlled electric blanket on the bed!

Also in the yurt are rustic bedside tables crafted from an Alder tree that was felled from just outside the yurt. There are various plug sockets and usb charging sockets for your use with bedside lights and twinkling fairy lights inside.

There is a comfortable sofa with the most fabulous array of moroccan and indian cushions.

Tea and coffee can be found on the Indian tea table, which includes a kettle, mugs, tea and coffee. We don't provide the milk as we can't leave it in the yurt until you arrive,

Pippin's kitchen is found hidden in the cherry orchard and includes a fridge, sink, gas range cooker, work units etc. We have kitted it out with all the crockery and utensils we think you will need, but you are always welcome to come and find us at the house if you are found wanting for anything.

If you would rather a campfire and barbecue, there is a beautiful copper fire bowl by Pippin that is perfect for both!

For more active and outdoorsy glampers, guests can go fishing in the West Bay, five miles away, or the Lyme Regis, 14 miles away. Glampers can rent some electric bikes and ride around the Jurassic Bike Trails, which is a great way to spend the day. Couples can also visit the vineyards and join a Wine Tour at the Furleigh Estate. In the summer, head to the fleet in between Weymouth and Portland and sign up with Weymouth Watersports to kayak, windsurf, or paddle boarding.
